These objectives are driven through the provision of their online eCommerce platform, delivered through a simplified sales process and complimentary aesthetic imagery to aid consumer’s actions.
As a business, their requirement aligns to serve growing demand, lying within the formation of an effective Customer Management System that integrates directly with their Supply Chain Management Systems. Thus, Pure Objective approached Experience Digital to assist in streamlining and optimising their operations.

Our approach
Experience Digital’s main objective was to establish what issues Pure Objective was facing with their system. During the discovery phase, the team identified several issues. Furthermore, within the brief, the Pure Objective team outlined that an easy to use Content Management System was a necessity. The reason is to carry out product and brand changes to their website without needing to continuously be in contact with their development agency.
As a result, Experience Digital took this on board, coming to the conclusion that rebasing Pure Objective’s eCommerce site to Shopify was the best course of action to align with their requirements, as well as redesigning the platform to incorporate new features.
Along with combatting issues previously experienced, the added benefit of Shopify is the package enablement of accounting & payments, further streamlining business management. In order to pay homage to the already positive user experience, within the redesign, the Experience Digital team ensured special attention was paid to ensure intuitive mobile design. The reason here being as mobile user rates continue to grow as the preferred method to interact online, future-proofing Pure Objective’s user experience as they scale.

This was an extremely positive experience as it gave the customer the ability to control which changes were implemented.
As a result, Pure Objective now enjoys fewer overheads as they have taken partial control of the website’s content, something that is quite often desired by clients with a non-technical background.
