Lakeview partnered with Experience Digital to conceptualise and build its hospital Customer Management System and avoid the current issues relating to most hospital Customer Management Systems in the market.

Our approach

Experience Digital conducted a comprehensive business analysis of Lakeview’s Customer Management System including a ‘deep dive’ into the hospital’s operations and systems that hold three different levels of management and operations. Experience Digital discovered some of the legacy software was unsupported causing significant issues which plagued the system.

The outcome

Lakeview’s engagement with Experience Digital resulted in the creation of a modern web-based hospital management system with a responsive comprehensive user experience that is unmatched compared to most forward-thinking products in the field.
