MedHealth. Is a purpose-built collection of health, medical and employment brands. They have a diverse set of capabilities that range from mental health, Telehealth to there online assessments service Positivum.
MedHealth reached out to Experience Digital to assist in the development of their assessment services Positivum. This was a joint purpose-built collaboration of industry-leading brands that span across health, medical and employment categories.

Our approach
Experience Digital’s team established a portion of the developmental phase for the return-to-work platform, Positivum, to sit within MedHealth Group. The brief outlined a go-to platform for those in need of health and employment support when returning to work (eg. PTSD for military) containing data-sensitive questions focused on beliefs and perceptions in relation to health and work, as well as expectations regarding recovery and return to work.
The team worked with the pre-established MedHealth Group’s diagnostic tool which was an offline paper-based system. The approach was to convert this system into a digital tool, requiring the development of infrastructure to cater for bricks & mortar businesses nationally.
When building the diagnostic tool, Experience Digital leveraged a range of AWS cloud services due to their purpose-built functionality. AWS Lambda was used as a serverless compute service to run code in response to events in conjunction with AWS Relational Database Service (RDS) to capture and store the relevant data.
The outcome
After the Experience Digitals Teams work was completed the launch of the new platform has resulted in a range of benefits. Including launching with a full uptake of all retail branches (100%) with thousands of assessments.
Positivum is now considered to be a brand of the upmost importance within the group and one of the 5 pillars of the business operations. Experience Digital presently maintain the Positivum system with upgrades and refinements.
