Realforms is a real estate platform that grants the general public use of unlimited Realforms S&P, Auction and Tender agreements, for free. With agreements for the Sale and Purchase of Real Estate and Particulars and Conditions for real estate auctions and tenders.

Experience digital was approached to take over the development of the Realforms platform for a period of twelve months. This was to assist the Company in building its in-house software development team.

Our approach

The Experience Digital team supported Realforms with specific issues involved in the management of their platform in the back-end and for the business. Experience Digital conducted a thorough analysis of the codebase for the platform and discovered that the code had significant issues with maintainability. Our in-house developers implemented changes and maintenance of the platform where needed and documented the processes and procedures ready for hand-over.

Other requirements included ensuring that processes and procedures relevant to the build and maintenance of the platform were documented, ready for hand-over.

The outcome

The changes that the Experience Digital team provided included an increased efficiency to the platform.

Since the hand-over, Realforms has been able to focus on business growth and subsequently launched in New Zealand, becoming a leader in digital real estate agreements.

The Experience Digital team continued to provide critical support and digital technology expertise where required until the in-house development team took over the platform.
