Increasing Rhipe’s Operational Excellence Through Microsoft Power Platform

The Brief

In an effort to continually improve their operations, rhipe focused on increasing efficiency and simplifying their business processes. They achieved this by using the Microsoft Power Platform for their sales management and data analysis.

While rhipe already used Microsoft Business solutions, they faced a challenge with their marketing tool. They wanted to generate the same data for every campaign, but their current marketing tool, integrated into their website, couldn’t accommodate this in their lead generation process. They also needed to fine-tune their integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to better distinguish new leads from existing ones. There was also an opportunity to streamline the time-consuming lead qualification process.

Our Approach

To further support and speed up cloud adoption, rhipe partnered with Experience Digital. Being a Microsoft Gold Partner, we had the opportunity to use Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to create a unified solution.

The solution involved a canvas app integrated into rhipe’s environment. This allowed all business data to be accessed from a single screen, streamlining lead generation tasks. This end-to-end solution eliminated the need for excessive navigation, saving time and business resources.

The Outcome

The successful project provided rhipe with the ability to streamline their lead generation activities and processes, ultimately increasing their business’s operational efficiency. The improvement lies in embedding Microsoft Power Platform into Dynamics 365, providing the effective capability to analyse data and report on campaign performances.

This process automation provisioned numerous benefits for rhipe within their data capturing, which permeate through the entirety of the business. User adoption continues to increase and rhipe’s operate with confidence to scale to this rapid user demand.
